1. What is a subscription license?

A subscription license enables usage of IntuiFace Presentation Composer and Player over a predefined period of time. Two time durations are available: monthly and yearly. Composer and Player are purchased separately.

You will be charged the first day of the period. Your subscription requires recurring Internet-mediated activation and recurring subscription payments with a valid credit card. Phone activation is not available. If you stop your subscription you will not be charged for the next period and you will be able to continue using the product until the end of the current purchased period. Early termination is not subject to any refund for the current period.

2. What is a perpetual license?

A perpetual license transfers ownership rights, meaning IntuiFace Presentation Composer and Player can never be disabled. There is no time limit for ownership. Composer and Player are bundled together; additional Players can also be purchased.

3. What is the difference between Composer and Player?

IntuiFace Presentation Composer enables you to design multi-touch presentations on any Windows 7 PC.
Your presentations are run by IntuiFace Presentation Players on any Windows 7-enabled touchscreen device.

4. What kind of support is provided?

All customers current with their subscription/perpetual usage fees are entitled to Maintenance, Support and Upgrades. Terms vary:

Subscription:
- Maintenance: Entitled to bug fixes
- Support: Access to Support website and personnel, with two day response time to emails
- Upgrade: Entitled to new product releases

Perpetual:
- Maintenance: Entitled to bug fixes
- Support: Access to Support website and personnel, with one day response time to emails or - optionally - phone support
- Upgrade: Entitled to official, off-cycle and beta product releases

5. Can I pay in currency other than those listed on your Pricing page?

Yes, we can accept any currency.

6. Can I transfer licenses from one machine to another?

Each computer and multi-touch device requires its own IntuiFace Presentation Composer or Player license. Perpetual licenses include the ability to transfer licenses from between devices. Subscription licenses do not permit transfer.

7. What if I don't have a credit card?

We also offer a wire transfer option.

8. Am I able to purchase both Subscription and Perpetual Players?

Customers purchasing perpetual licenses (i.e. bundles of Composer and Player) can also purchase subscription Players. Customers purchasing only subscription licenses for Composer are limited to purchasing subscription Players.

9. What would qualify me for academic discounts?

10. What if I have only short duration projects?

The subscription license option enables short-term, monthly commitment to IntuiFace Presentation Composer and Player. Only purchase what you need, cancel licenses after project completion, purchase more when demand resurfaces.
